Return Eligibility

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us through our website contact form and include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send your return to the address shown on the original shipping label unless instructed to do so.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing description.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Shine Once More is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or misdirected in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
If the returned item is damaged, altered, incomplete, or not in its original condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
