Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shine Once More. We carefully inspect and package every piece to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note that delivery estimates refer to carrier transit time and do not include our order-processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges if a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless these charges were specifically collected at checkout.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays. We are unable to control customs inspections or processing times.

Please be aware that international shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Delayed, Lost, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, its delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us so we can assist you with the available carrier inquiry process.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier directly. We will also do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item. Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
